    For meals with more than 6 pax, the customer is advised to contact the customer service officer for a quotation.

    We accept meals with special requests mainly based on:

    • Non-spicy 
    • Non-seafood 
    • Non-nuts content 
    • Non-beef 
    • Non-prawns 

    The customer is advised to contact our customer service officer should their special request be out of the range stated above.

      Skipping Info

      We do allow meal skip during subscription period with 3 days in advance call in or WhatsApp in notification.

      Deposit info

      For Tingkat Container meal there will be a security deposit required at $50.00 and it is refundable upon returning of the Tingkat container if customer choose to stop for the subscription meal plan.

      As for the Microwaveable Disposable ware meal there will be no charge incur. 

      Delivery Info

      Our delivery service will be only within Singapore Main Island.

      Offshore location examples – Sentosa, Jurong Island etc. will be subjected to an additional $15.00 (w/GST $16.20) surcharge per meal per day.

      Delivery Time Slot:
      Lunch: 10.30 am to 1.30 pm & Dinner: 3.30 pm to 6.30 pm 

      *** Delivery will be strictly based on the timing stated above, Extra surcharge of $10.00 (10.80 w/GST) per meal per day will be applied for any specific timing request.

      CBD & Condominium surcharge:

      • 05 Days Trial $1.61 (w/GST) per meal 
      • 10 Days Subscription Plan $1.28 (w/GST) per meal 
      • 20 Days Subscription Plan $1.07 (w/GST) per meal
